At Vrinda Sakhi Creation, we take pride in the quality of our authentic Jaipuri ethnic wear. Since we primarily deal in wholesale and bulk orders, our return policy is designed to be fair yet sustainable for our manufacturing unit.
General Return Guidelines

Wholesale Orders: Returns are generally not accepted for wholesale orders unless the items received are damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

Time Frame: Any issues must be reported within 1 Month of receiving the shipment.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at vrindasakhicreation@gmail.com with clear photos and a video of the unboxing process.

Once the defect is verified by our team, we will either provide a replacement or a credit note for your next order.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched from our Jaipur unit.

For custom manufacturing or large bulk orders, cancellations are not permitted once production has started.
Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during a clearance sale or festive offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products that have been washed, used, or altered will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 7-10 working days.

Shipping costs for returned items (except in cases of manufacturing defects) are to be borne by the customer.
